I almost forgot, I've got this new cable box, more channels, on-demand options, etc. It also flashes incoming calls on the TV, so when I hear the phone ring I don't have to run upstairs if I don't want to take the call, I can tell if it is important. It also flashes a light when I have an incoming email, although I haven't figured out how to get that to work yet. Technology...I'm trying to watch less TV, then this comes along.

Who is your cable provider. I've got the digital cable box, on demand, etc., but I'm not sure about the phone stuff. That sounds pretty sweet.
It's Time Warner cable that offers caller ID on your television. We thought about adding that service as well, but seeing as our phone is located mere feet from the couch where we watch television we decided against it. Don't get me wrong - we can be lazy with the best of them - but not THAT lazy.
